If the present doesn't fit or the presentee doesn't like it - On basis of our extended right of withdrawal it's easy for you to send back the articles or exchange it for another size without giving any reason.

Crazy Heels grants for orders from 6 November to 22 Dezember 2025 an extended right of withdrawal which enables to return the goods until 7 January 2026.

This means that returnments have to be delivered to the post office or 'PACKSTATION' until 7 January 2026 and will be then accepted from us.

The right of withdrawal isn't be restricted. Please note that all further conditions refering to the right of withdrawal remain unaffected and are still valid.
